Duksan Clean Reporting Center is a reporting center where corporate stakeholders such as employees of Duksan Hi-Metal, employees of partner companies, and customers report fraudulent misconduct of Duksan Hi-Metal or receive wrong practices in terms of ethical management.

The contents received are conducted by Duksan Hi-Metal for fact-checking investigations, and a mechanism is in place to ensure that the informant (the complainant) does not receive any acts of retaliation such as confidentiality, identity guarantee, etc., so that the informant (the complainant) can receive various contents with confidence. If you have any questions about ethical management or provide ideas, please give us various opinions, and we will respond to them as soon as possible.

DS Myanmar

The Duksan Reporting center is also open for receiving any grievances in relation to DS Myanmar. Any interested party (e.g. affected persons, whistle-blowers, external stakeholders, employees, suppliers, customers etc.) can voice their concerns regarding the circumstances of mineral extraction, trade, handling and export through this reporting center. Duksan Hi-Metal, the parent company of DS Myanmar, will forward all grievances to DS Myanmar.
